When Can I Expect To Receive My Order?

• Order processing time：

As soon as your order is placed we do everything possible to have your order processed, packaged, and shipped as quickly as possible. If your item is in stock, it can be shipped out within 1-5 days, otherwise it may take up to 7 days.

• Delivery Time:

*Custom product creation time not included in shipping estimate.

Free shipping is offered on all orders over $35 USD internationally.

If you would like to know how much your order will cost to ship, simply add the items to your cart. And you will view whether your order can be free shipping, our shipping policy is:

• The order is less than $35, the shipping fee is $4.99;
• The order exceeds $35, the free shipping will be provided.

*Some remote areas are excluded, such as some island countries. please see details at checkout.

Customs Fee

In some countries, VAT/duties/taxes are required to be paid before the goods are released from customs. Customs fees are sole the responsibility of the customer. The Washi Tape Shop does not offer refunds or returns under circumstances where customs fees are not paid by the customer and orders are not cleared. Please note, in rare instances, custom agents may delay the release of orders at their discretion.

Delivery Error

In instances where delivery addresses are incorrect or incomplete or recipients aren’t available for pickup, it is the recipient’s responsibility to provide us the corrected and complete address and incur any additional re-delivery charges. Once an order has been shipped, we can no longer make changes or adjustments to the address mid-delivery. $8USD or 25% of the total order value will be charged for re-deliveries, whichever is higher.
